   I’ll add 1 to dfdf’s list:

   1.an editor ( like Dreamweaver or Kompozer)
   2.an image editor (like GIMP)
   3.a video /animation editor /maker
   4.an ftp client so that u can upload ur Web site to the server
   5.a browser to view the web page in
